Within a community, adolescent girls often face challenges in positioning themselves. Self-efficacy, or an individual's belief in their own capabilities, is considered a driving force in facing these challenges. This study aims to analyze whether self-efficacy has a significant relationship with the social adaptation skills of adolescent girls in a specific community environment. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using Fisher’s Exact test. The choice of this test was based on sample characteristics (small sample size or expected frequencies in contingency table cells less than 5). Based on the data analysis, a p-value of 0.223 &gt; 0.05 was obtained, thus H0 is accepted; there is no significant relationship between self-efficacy and the adaptation process of adolescent girls in the Kartini Dormitory. The adaptation process of adolescent girls in this community is likely more influenced by external factors, such as peer support or the openness of the community environment itself, rather than solely internal self-efficacy.</p> Andrea Theofrida Bone Maria Floriana Ping Copyright (c) 2026 Andrea Theofrida Bone, Maria Floriana Ping https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2026-02-19 2026-02-19 4 2 1 5 10.52841/cefjk.v4i2.799 https://jkd.stikesdirgahayusamarinda.ac.id/index.php/jkcef/article/view/810 <p><strong>Tujuan</strong>: Untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan pola makan dengan kadar asam urat pada kelompok pensiunan RS Dirgahayu. <strong>Metode</strong> : <strong>Analisa Univariat</strong> dilakukan secara deskriptif, yaitu menampilkan tabel frekuensi karakteristik responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu variabel independen tentang pengaruh pola makan dan variabel dependen tentang penderita asam urat. <strong>Analisa Bivariat</strong> dilakukan untuk mencari pengaruh antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen. Analisa ini menggunakan uji <em>chi-square</em> dengan menunjukan hasil signifikan 95% atau <em>p value</em> lebih kecil dari α (p&lt;0,05) Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak artinya ada pengaruh pola makan dengan kejadian asam urat. <strong>Hasil </strong>penelitian dari 39 responden ini ditemukan bahwa responden dengan jenis makanan rendah purin maupun tinggi purin sebanyak 21 responden 53,8% yang tidak mengalami gout artritis. Sementara itu dari 18 responden (46,2 %) responden yang jenis makanan tinggi purin mengalami gout artritis. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi purin dalam jenis makanan maka semakin tinggi kadar gout seseorang sehinga dapat menyebabkan gout artritis.
