LITERATUR REVIEW : FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI NON SUICIDAL SELF-INJURY (NSSI) PADA REMAJA

Abstract
Perilaku mencederai diri tanpa bertujuan bunuh diri (NSSI) adalah masalah perilaku kejiwaan umum yang mengancam kesehatan remaja. Saat ini, bunuh diri telah menjadi penyebab kematian ketiga di kalangan remaja di seluruh dunia, dan menjadi salah satu prediktor terkuat bunuh diri di masa depan. Sehingga, memahami faktor-faktor yang terkait dengan NSSI sangat penting untuk melakukan penilaian risiko klinis dan intervensi terapeutik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi non suicidal self-injury (NSSI) pada remaja. Metode dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah literature review yang terdapat dalam database Google Scholar, Pubmed, Science Direct, The Lancet, Artikel yang terpilih berdasarkan free ful text, open acces, berbahasa Inggris dan Indonesia dan terbit tahun 2022 hingga 2023. Hasil studi literatur melalui database dalam jurnal kesehatan menemukan sejumlah 2 Artikel di Lancet Global Health, 14 artikel di Pubmed, 18 artikel di Tandfonline, 17 artikel di Science Direct, dan 14 artikel di Google Schoolar. Perilaku mencederai diri sendiri dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor biologis, psikologis, sosial, dan kultural seperti gangguan kepribadian, depresi, penggunaan narkoba, dan masalah hubungan dengan teman sebaya atau keluarga, prestasi sekolah yang buruk, dan kesulitan psikososial serta demografi. Diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan yang ada di masyarakat, dapat memahami faktor yang mendasari perilaku mencederai diri sendiri pada generasi muda untuk pengembangan program intervensi dan pengobatan yang tepat.
